The Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore (IPAS), incorporated on 12 April 2005 following the recommendations of the Company Legislation and Regulatory Framework Committee, is the leading professional body for insolvency and restructuring practitioners in Singapore. We champion professional excellence, uphold integrity, and elevate the standing of the profession, with a commitment to shaping a progressive and trusted practice. Positioned to play an increasingly pivotal role in the profession's future development, we strive to contribute to Singapore's growth as a leading regional restructuring hub.
