Depending on the extent of your commitment, sponsors may enjoy billing on Conference collateral as well as complimentary registration(s) for the Official Launch and the Conference.

EXHIBITION TERMS:

1. Exhibition booths are limited. Booth space and location will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis by the Conference organisers.
2. Notwithstanding the above, the Conference Organising Committee retains the discretion not to accept or invite any exhibitor.
3. A table-top booth in the registration area outside Conference Room
   • exhibitors are free to dress up their booths provided this is done tastefully and in keeping with guidelines set by the Conference organisers
4. Announcements made about presence of exhibitors during the Conference
5. Inclusion of exhibitor’s name and logo on Conference website
6. Approved inserts about exhibitor/products/ services in delegates’ folders
   • drafts to be provided in advance for approval & final copies to be delivered to Conference organisers

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

SPONSORSHIP TERMS:

1. Sponsorship opportunities are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis by the Conference organisers.
2. Notwithstanding the above, the Conference Organising Committee retains the discretion not to accept or invite any sponsor.

CASH SPONSORSHIP:

• S$2,000 to S$5,000 (gold sponsor)
• S$5,001 to S$10,000 (platinum sponsor)
• S$10,001 and above (titanium sponsor)

SPONSORSHIP IN KIND:

• Full or partial sponsorship of lunch and tea breaks
  – estimated cost S$13,000-S$21,000
• Full or partial sponsorship of Keynote Speaker’s business-class airfare, 5-star accommodation and meals
  – estimated cost S$8,000-S$15,000
