About this Conference
In conjunction with the launch of IPAS, we are proud to bring together a luminary panel of insolvency experts to mark the inaugural Conference which aims to bring together the various professionals who provide advice on and services in insolvency-related matters. Topics to be discussed include duties of practitioners, their remuneration, corporate governance for financially distressed companies, insolvency law reform in Singapore, schemes of arrangement and cross border insolvency law and restructuring issues. The target audience for the Conference includes academics, accountants, bankers, directors, government officials, in-house counsel, lawyers, legal officers, regulators and other professionals who deal with insolvency issues.
IPAS is grateful to the Senior Minister of State for Law & Home Affairs, Associate Professor Ho Peng Kee, for gracing this occasion as our Guest-of-Honour and delivering the Keynote Address.
